Our mission is to increase public awareness of the benefits of dental implants and the importance of selecting a qualified team of doctors to provide treatment. Our goal is for every patient considering tooth replacement to be able to make an informed decision about their overall health, appearance and well-being.

The IDIA is committed to preserving the integrity of implant dentistry by promoting minimum surgical training standards for dentists placing implants. We also believe that it is critical for patients to understand that not all dentists are equally qualified to surgically place dental implants.
